House Rules and Regulations

Welcome to Villa Noe Beach Resort. To ensure that your stay with us will be pleasant,
the following are our house rules:

1. Management requires a 50% deposit for all reservations a week ahead of your arrival. Only those with deposits are considered confirmed. All email reservations must reply back confirmation of deposit (optionally with a scanned image or photo of the deposit slip) to finalize a reservation, and all reservations by phone must text back confirmation of deposit. Guests must present deposit slips upon check-in. Only guests with own tents may not deposit but if availing food services, a deposit is required.
2. You may reschedule your visit for a later date if for any reason you cannot make it on the original reserved date. There will be no refunds on cancelled bookings.
3. Check-out time is 1:00 pm. Guests occupying cottage/room beyond 3:00pm, will be charged
an additional day stay at full rate. If for any reason guests have to leave earlier than scheduled date, only 50% of the cottage prices will be charged for remaining reserved nights.
4. For the comfort of all guests, we discourage reserving cottages beyond the maximum room capacity. P100/head will be charged in excess of room maximum capacity. We will only allow this for a small number of people per cottage. Please do not bring the beddings and pillows outside of your cottages.
5. We require an entrance fee of P100/head however, children below 7 years of age is free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult when swimming.
6. When leaving the resort, please leave your room key at the reception. Lost keys will be charged P200 to the account of the guest. You may deposit your valuables for safekeeping at the front desk. The resort will not be responsible for any losses; please take care of your valuables.
7. For the protection of our guests, all visitors are required to register with the front desk. The resort reserves the right to refuse services/accommodations to guests at any time at the owner’s/designee’s discretion.
8. Liquor and/or alcoholic drinks brought into the resort will be subject to corkage fee. This is to avoid uncontrollable guests due to excessive liquor consumption. Payments made by guests who are asked to leave the premises are subject to forfeiture and are non-refundable.
9. Resort management is not responsible for any injuries to person/s occurring inside the premises of the resort. Guests are requested to exercise extreme care and diligence to avoid injuries. First aid kit is available at the reception.
10. Please help conserve water. Outside showers are available for rinsing.
11. Littering is strictly prohibited. Trash bins are provided in strategic areas. DENR requires guests of resorts to take care of proper waste disposal. Please maintain cleanliness in all comfort rooms. Throw your shampoo sachet, tissues, etc. in the waste baskets provided. Please abide.
12. Cooking areas are available for free at designated locations. Please, no cooking near the cottages. Please keep cooking areas clean and throw all waste in the proper trash bins.
13. Bonfires are allowed only at the beach area, away from the cottages. Please inform the front desk before having bonfires.
14. Videoke time is at 6 pm to 11 pm only. The pavilion including the store closes at 12 midnight.
15. Personal watercraft, ATV’s, jet skis are allowed only if previously arranged and are subject to surcharges.
16. Room furnishings and fixtures like ashtrays, etc. make an important contribution to your comfort. Should you wish to have any item for souvenir, please inform our front desk and we will let you have it at cost. Damages and losses of the items will be charged to the guest‘s account.
17. Resort is run only by generators from dusk till dawn. Appliances are not allowed. Daytime generator can be requested for a fee.
18. No smoking in all cottages. Please see designated areas for smoking. Kindly use the ashtrays. No throwing of cigarette butts especially along trails to avoid bush/forest fires.
19. For your safety, nighttime boat transfers are discouraged.
20. Please help us preserve and conserve the beauty of the resort, coastal gardens and beach areas. Do not vandalize, litter or spoil any part of the property.
